We are very happy to announce that on the 29th of November, Capgemini Invent will give a workshop for all students with an interest in innovation, marketing, and consulting! Do you want to know how Customer Experience can be improved at a company? Do you want to know how you can combine Customer Experience with Digital Driven Data? Find out during the Customer Experience Workshop by Capgemini Invent.
In commerce, Customer Experience is the interaction between an organization and a customer during their relationship. The interaction consists out of three parts: the customer journey, the brand touchpoints, and the environments that the customer experiences (inculding the digital environment). Do you want to know everything about Customer Experiences, and how this is put into practice by Capgemini Invent? Join us during this workshop!
Perhaps Capgemini Invent is not that well known among students, but that doesn’t mean it is not a very interesting company to work for! Capgemini Invent combines strategy, data, technology and creativity to invent new solutions for challenging problems. The day consists out of a very interesting, reallistic case for an international company. After the case, everybody can get some free drinks at the Grand Café Esplanade. The language will be Dutch.

There is a plenary session with company presentations, and there are roundtable sessions were you can interact in a more intimate way with recruiters and marketers from the companies.
