Nationale Marketing Strijd

The ‘Nationale Marketing Strijd’ (NMS) is the biggest marketing event for university students of the universities of Groningen, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Maastricht and Tilburg. The event aims to bring students in contact with several businesses (and vice versa). It is unique because of the marketing competition and the interactive way by which companies and students are working together to solve a business case. Companies get to see the students in action during the inhousedays (which are organized a month before the NMS) and during the two final days of the NMS. The winner of the competition will receive a price of 2.000 euro’s. The inhouse days of the NMS will take place in January 2019. The NMS itself will take place on the 7th and 8th of February 2019.

In February 2018, the last edition of the NMS was a great success with a lot of business cases and companies. The event was held in the conferentiehotel ‘Kontakt der Kontinenten’ in Utrecht. Also, the edition of 2019 will take place in the conferentiehotel. This years' edition will be full with workshops, recruitment dinners and business cases from companies like:
- Jacobs Douwe Egberts
- Unilever
- Frisse Blikken
- VINCI Energies
- Cmotions
- Perfetti van Melle
