Our combisymposium is, as the name already says, a marketing event organized in cooperation with another study association. The symposium consists of an afternoon or evening program with several lectures. It offers a great opportunity to gain insights in marketing theories in a simple and approachable way. Furthermore it goes even more in-depth than just marketing theories. For instance, psychological aspects may be discussed. An example of a former combisymposium is ‘Crisis Marketing’, which was organized in 2010 in cooperation with study association Flow and Studium Generale. The theme of this event was about how to communicate in times of crisis without harming the image of your company. Issues concerning this theme included for example: How to deal with scandals? Which information should be published and which not? Or, how do deal with the social media? In this symposium, next to marketing issues, communication aspects were also deeply discussed. Unfortunately, in the academic year 2011-2012 there is no combisymposium scheduled. |
